Mr. Phillip Grayson Hodge, age 61, of Cleveland passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at his residence.
Mr. Hodge was born in Johnson City, TN, on October 23, 1948 to the late Wendell and Evelyn Hodge.
Survivors include his cousins Doris Blalock, Terry Blalock, Chris and Beverly Wade and Shaphan Wade all of Cleveland.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 10, 2010 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home with the Rev. Marc Turner officiating.
